Grow at Home
Rosemary is easy to grow at home or on the balcony. It thrives in poor soil and prefers to dry out between waterings. If grown in a pot, it’s easy to move indoors for overwintering in a frost-free place. Harvest by cutting off shoots just above a branching point, which encourages a bushier and denser plant. Strip the leaves before adding them to your food. Since rosemary contains a lot of essential oils, it’s ideal for slow-cooked dishes, as it retains its flavor well.
