beef chuck or ground beef 500 g

tomato puree 3 tbsp

ox stock (cube) 3 tbsp

crushed tomatoes 1 package

red wine (can be replaced with water) 100 ml

bay leaf 3

thyme (dried) 1 tsp

oregano (dried) 1 tsp

balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp

salt and black pepper

gluten-free tagliatelle 4 servings

lactose-free cream 200 g

basil (fresh)

Instructions
- Peel the celeriac and carrot, finely chop or grate them. Roughly chop the spring onion and bell pepper. Finely chop the chilli.
- Fry celeriac, carrot and chilli in olive oil and garlic oil for about 3 minutes. Add minced meat, and stir until the meat is evenly crumbled. Add spring onions, tomato paste and broth, and fry for about 1 minute. Mix in crushed tomatoes, bell pepper, wine, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Boil tagliatelle according to instructions. Drain the water and add a little olive oil, stir.
- Pour in cream and possibly finely chopped fresh basil into the bolognese. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Serve with grated parmesan on top.
