Frozen or fresh berries, banana 110 g

Optional nuts 52 g
Instructions

Mix cottage cheese, milk, oatmeal, vanilla powder and cardamom.
- Divide into two jars with lids and let stand in the fridge overnight, so that the oatmeal swells.

Serve the oatmeal with berries and top it with nuts, seeds and toasted coconut flakes.
