Chia Pudding – a simple, tasty treat that’s easy to make. We mix tiny chia seeds with almond milk, let them chill overnight, and voilà, you get a delightful, pudding-like texture. Chia seed 3 tbsp

Almond milk 100 ml

Lemon zest 1 ml

Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
- Grate the lemon using a zester, or on the finest side of a regular grater. Also, squeeze out some lemon juice.
- Pour the almond milk into a small bowl. Stir in the chia seeds, zest and lemon juice, stir well to make sure it doesn't clump. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Take out the chia pudding in the morning. Mash half a banana and stir into the pudding. Sprinkle some muesli and possibly some berries on top.
