vanilla bean 1

liquorice powder 2 tsp

lactose-free whipped cream 300 g

lactose-free milk 100 ml

granulated sugar 80 g

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the vanilla seeds. Place the vanilla seeds, vanilla bean, and liquorice powder in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Let it sit for about 1 hour, or until the sugar has melted. Remove the vanilla bean. Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve and divide it into 4 oven-safe ramekins. Place the ramekins in a half-filled oven-safe dish. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until they are just set. Let cool.
- Gratination: Preheat the oven to 250°C and turn on the broiler. Sprinkle an even layer of sugar on the crème brûlées and gratinate them on the top rack of the oven, or use a gas burner until the sugar has melted and turned a nice colour.
