A really tasty pasta dish. Sun-dried tomatoes in oil can contain garlic. Therefore, we use natural dried tomatoes that are not soaked in oil. These can be quite salty, so adjust the seasoning as needed.

chicken fillet 400 g

garlic oil 2 tbsp

fresh spinach leaves 70 g

sun-dried tomatoes 50 g

salt and black pepper

lactose-free cooking cream 250 g

kalamata olives 100 g
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the chicken fillets into small pieces and fry them in 1 tbsp of garlic oil, remove and place on a plate.
- Rinse the spinach and slice the dried tomatoes. Fry the spinach and dried tomatoes in 1 tbsp garlic oil. Add the chicken pieces and pour in the cream, let it simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the sauce with the freshly cooked pasta and top with olives.
